Our Vision and Mission
It is the mission of Life Change Outreach to assist individuals in achieving their greatest potential and maximizing their quality of
life through consumer-driven services focused on individual strengths and needs. We believe that by providing culturally
competent programs, we can meet the needs of our customers while encouraging them to reach their full potential. We also
create a support system for family members and continue to develop model programs that meet the needs of people with
disabilities in central Florida.
